Shipping Policy

• We ship only within the United States at this time. 
• Free Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days) on all orders selecting standard shipping option only. This does not apply to priority shipping.
• Priority Mail Flat Shipping (3-4 Business Days depending on destination zip code) rate is $9.99. 
• Please allow 24-28 hours to process your order to ship out orders. Orders will not be processed for shipping on Holidays or weekends - orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday (except Holidays).
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@monacorb.com to let us know. Once you have received your tracking number, you are responsible for tracking your USPS package. 
• Delayed Deliveries - If your package is delayed, please call USPS at 1-800-275- 8777, or go to https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm to reach customer service online. 
• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, nor can orders be modified once they have shipped.  Please take special care to enter all shipping information completely and accurately. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information being entered.  SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
