We strive to satisfy with every piece that well sell to our customers. In the event that you need to return an item, we will do our best to process your qualified return as soon as possible in exchange for a STORE CREDIT. Monaco Rose does not offer refunds of any kind, under any circumstances.
How Returns Work:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any sign of wear, tear, or scent and in its original form. All tags must be attached (if applicable).
- All Returns Requests must be initiated with 7 days of delivery of merchandise by sending an email to info@monacorb.com . You must include the original invoice receipt number, and brief reason for your return. Return Request in order for the request to be initiated. Please allow 48-72 hours for return to be processed once approved. Returns will not be processed for approval without this information.
- We will issue a store credit in the form of a store credit (IF APPROVED). Details of this store credit will be explained via email. Store credits will not include the price of original shipping charges. IF your Return Request is approved, the merchandise you wish to return must be received within 7 Days of approval. Please include ORIGINAL invoice receipt with your return.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Also, we will not cover the original costs of shipping and handling (unless item is damaged or incorrect). We are NOT responsible for any items lost in transit.
- All Sales are FINAL on the following items and cannot be returned: Undergarments (including swimsuits, legwear, bodysuits), jewelry, Flash Sale promotional items, Final Sale & Clearance Items, Eyewear.
- We do not offer exchanges. Store credit, once issued, is applicable toward available merchandise with no expiration.
